DHCC Board Scholarship
The DHCC Board Scholarship was established in 1988, to award scholarships to junior or senior level college students, dietetic interns, or graduate students in dietetics who are pursuing an advanced degree. The recipient should have an interest in practicing as a consultant dietitian in health care facilities. Selection of the recipient and administration of the fund is handled by the ADA Foundation.
Horizon Scholarship
The Horizon Award was established in 1992. It provides two $1000 awards to students completing a dietetic internship and expressing a preference for dietetic practice in health care facilities. The fund and candidate selection is administered by the ADA Foundation.

Dietetics in Health Care Communities (DHCC)
DHCC, a dietetic practice group of the American Dietetic Association, boasts membership of nearly 4800 dietitians committed to the nutrition health and safety of individuals living in long-term care facilities, correctional facilities, and home health care.
DHCC members are setting industry standards and forecasting future trends.
