You can easily get to Cat Island through a stop over in either Ft. Lauderdale or Nassau. Flights arrive on Cat 7 days a week, but vary by airlines. Flight times generally work better coming through Nassau. We arrange transportation to and from New Bight Airport. Keep in mind that the airports on Cat Island are small, and therefore commercial jets are not used. Getting your scuba equipment there is not a problem but be sure to pack your gear securely and check in for updated baggage information and limits. A typical carry on will have to be checked like the rest of your baggage, so make sure they're secure! Flights fill quickly, so book early.
